this does not attempt to duplicate the exchange of info's through the barops yahoogroup. needless to say, just think of this as a supplement to that one. and for someone like me who's more comfortable with the multiply interface, i would actually prefer to read the entries in this format. :)
furthermore, this does not attempt to either pull you away from your books and draw you toward your PC/Mac screens. just drop by if you have the time to read and/or contribute. :)
if you get an additional info here or have one question of yours (one that's been bugging you but you don't have the time to look up yourself) answered by someone else (who may know it from the top of his/her head), then this shall have served its purpose.
anyway, this only has a lifetime of probably a month. hehe. :)
